I love this quote from Julie & Julia, as it perfectly sums up how I feel when I am cooking in our kitchen, though in my case, not all of my cooking attempts are successful. The main reason is I don’t write down the recipes I found and most often just follow my memory or improvise.

So I started this blog, to note down the recipes I have found and tried, so I can refer to when needed. Almost all of the recipes here are not my original ideas, just recipes I found to satisfy my cravings with some minor modifications.
