  • 5g instant yeast
  • 130g milk (can use 65g milk & 65g whipping cream)
  • 1 egg (50g without shell)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp rum extract
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water
  • 100g cold butter, cut into cubes
