Ingredients
- 300g bread flour
- 80g icing sugar
- 3g salt
- 5g instant yeast
- 130g milk (can use 65g milk & 65g whipping cream)
- 1 egg (50g without shell)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp rum extract
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- 100g cold butter, cut into cubes
